Found out just before I saw it in here, thanks to a guildmate! The database isn't exactly accurate yet so don't think all you see right now will be the same in the game. For example Mintautor set says required lvl16 and I bout the required mats are rightly listed.

felix I had it at lvl16 too but that was a while ago. I thought they changed it to lvl24 a few updates ago.

Oh my god awesome, look at the extras, you can simply click ''Enhance levels'' and you see all the enhancement levels!!
