I will say July 8th. Friday after American Independence Day. Beginning of summer and a good weekend.
If they are worried about server load, they might go for the 12th or 13th. As much as I'd like for it to be on the 3rd, I don't see them announcing on the first, "Hey, next beta is in two days!" It just doesn't give enough time for word to get out. The 8th is probably still wishful thinking.
