    Problems to log in

    Hey guys, I am new to Dragon Nest. Just downloaded yesterday. But when I try to launch the game, after the patcher, I get this error: "An error occurred while logging in. Please go to dragonnest.nexon.net for troubleshooting support". Can someone help me?

    Assuming you log in with correct ID and password then try using the small "Play" button next to the log in. If that doesn't work then open up the DN folder to launch it manually. If that doesn't work then...are you in USA, Canada, NZ, or Australia?

    Also try juseing diffrent browsers, some play applications dont like certian computer combo's etc etc. if it still doesnt work for you try reinstalling.
