Problems with Dragon Nest Launcher

Hi,

I'm having this problem, when I click the DNlauncher.exe, usually it will lead me to the game, but since today I couldn't load the game as these 2 text boxes appeared subsequently:

unable to load patch config list;
launcher initialization failed. (E:5)

Is my version of DN ( Version 26 ) having problems with the new patch?

laodie, do you play in Europe? Because I do and i think the website (cherrycredit) is down or something

Meckanik, I'm playing in Singapore so I suppose it shd belong the SEA, yup I downloaded from cherry credit.
Ziss, do you mean by logging into the cherry credit website? the site seems to be having problems to log in too. Will reinstalling DN solve the problem?

Laodie, I re-installed DN and the error is still here. I think we just have to wait the Cherry credit website to fix itself

Meckanik, I successfully entered DN!
I firstly uninstall my DN, then i dl the 25th version from cherry credit and install it, after which it took some time to install the new patch when I launch DN. And things got back to normal.
