Hm, no one else replied to you, so here I go.

Okay - With Sharpshooter; you are more PvE based, you do a tonn of damage, but you have a stay a distance though. "Arrow Rain" is a god send skill that you will forever spam /cough Parties will love you on later levels. You mainly will use either a longbow or a crossbow, and at level 45 you will choose either Sniper (uses crossbow, physical damage based) or Artillery (uses longbow, magic damage based)

Acrobat - More PvP based. You get upclose and personal with your foes and you basically become a Chun Li. Like someone's little simile I'll use here: You're basically a glass cannon. If you like putting your enemies in the air, going close enough to them to breath down their necks and use dem legs - go acro. You're also a combo god if you know how to do it right. They only use shortbows. @_@
at level 45; You can choose either Tempest - (apparently PvP based due to single target skills) or Windwalker (fastest character in game, more PvE based due to AoE ultimate.)

I honestly like Acrobat more, but that's just me, I love being upclose and personal with my enemies and doing kicks and flips. Mainly why they have named the class acrobats. I am also a PvP fanatic and love kicking my opponents into submission.
    I don't dungeon a lot but it gets a little tricky /cough

With sharpshooter - I honestly felt like I was "stuck" I alwaaays had to stay behind, sit there look cute and spam high damage arrows and kite around a little bit xD But that's just me. Dungeons are easy on sharpshooter, but again have to keep your distance. :< You'll do /decent/ on PvP, but just not on one on ones.

Good luck on choosing one! xD

ive played both. and its mostly up to opinion. Acrobat is alot harder to play. you deal lower dmg and are allways in the face of your enemy, it also dosent help that its possible to get 2 shot..(stupid fking ice zombies)

Sharpshooters are Stronger (By far) and are extremely simple to use.

however in pvp its the oppiset though sharpshooters are better at a higher grade pvp, such as guild battles of 8v8
Acros dominate there sharpshooter counterpart when it comes to 1v1 2v2 3v3 etc.

however. in terms of fun, i would list acros to be the best. they are really hard to play and there weak but there REALLY fun :3

ill most likely make both and pick which ill stick with after lvl 36

I actually wanted to make an Acrobat at first but looking at KDN/CDN, they were obviously the more popular choice because they were easier to use in PVP (yes, they are). I got a lvl 24 Acro and two lvl 24 SS (one on each West servers) and I'll be sticking with my SS.

They are much, much more difficult to play when it comes to PVP because they do not have the same mobility an Acrobat does. Sharp Shooter are at a disadvantage unless you know the timing and animation speeds of your spells inside out. Seriously, as a SS you'd have to keep your enemy at a distance but most classes have a way to approach you.

When I kill someone, I like the feeling of heel crushing flesh of dying enemy as his bone snaps under my awesome pressure, not "pew pew"
